[:es]Aún quedan unos meses para el arranque de la nueva edición del International Padel Experience by Madison 2017, pero podemos volver a vivir la emoción del único circuito de pádel amateur internacional que existe. En nuestro recordatorio por el curso 2016, hoy viajamos hasta Lisboa. Así fue la crónica del gran fin de semana vivido en el Club Padel Campo Grande:
Ante un grandísimo ambiente de pádel, el club portugués se llenó para disfrutar de los partidos finales del torneo, dejando latente el buen momento que vive el deporte de la pala en la capital lusa. La pareja española formada por Jerónimo Cañas y Eduardo Espona cerró el torneo sin ceder ni un solo set ante Rodrigo Maya y Diogo Morgado, en un en partido sin pausa, con puntos espectaculares y una lucha sobre la pista que levantó a los espectadores presentes. En el primer set, los jugadores procedentes de Granada no dieron opción a sus rivales con un juego de control y ataque. Ya en el segundo, los locales intentaron dar la vuelta al marcador con una estrategia más ofensiva, pero no fue suficiente y acabaron cediendo el encuentro (6-2 7-5).
Muy interesante fue también la victoria de las campeonas absolutas del torneo, Mónica Gomes y Madalena Nunes, quienes doblegaron en el desenlace a Inës Freire y Carenza Ferreira. El choque se resolvió en tres mangas que no tuvieron desperdicio. Las vencedoras marcaron el camino de la victoria en el primer acto (6-4), pero se toparon con la misma moneda en el segundo (4-6) y tuvieron que recurrir a la muerte súbita para coser el título a su expediente en un tie break final espectacular (11-0).
La competición mixta coronó a Madalena Cluny y Sebastiäo Guerra, confirmando su gran torneo en la final ante Patricia Moreira y Nuno Galäo, que les delcararon la guerra en un duro partido a tres sets en el que los errores en el tie break decidieron el entorchado (4-6 6-2 11-6).
En el resto de categorías los vencedores fueron Miguel Gonçalves y Rui Costa, que ganaron en la competición B masculina a Miguel Barreto y Filipe Varela (6-1 y 6-3) y Ana Alemäo- Ana Roxo, que obtuvieron el máximo galardón en la prueba B femenina tras doblegar a Maria Joäo Vilela y Teresa Vilela en tres igualadas mangas (7-6 5-7 11-9).
