Es tiempo de lluvias y si no tienes la suerte de jugar en un club indoor, tu “adicción al pádel” no entiende de malos tiempos. Lo que quieres es jugar, aunque llueva. Muchas de las actuales pistas de pádel permiten jugar al pádel incluso cuando está lloviendo,  gracias a la evolución de sus superficies, aunque debemos atender algunas precauciones.

 Lo primero, debemos tener en cuenta que el suelo de la pista se vuelve resbaladizo, la pelota se hincha y aumenta su peso, las paredes devuelven la pelota de forma distinta y la pala pierde adherencia. Pero eso no es todo, por lo que hoy, para que disfrutes de tu deporte favorito con total seguridad bajo la lluvia te traemos los siguientes consejos:

 

1.- Abrígate bien, Lleva ropa de muda suficiente para cambiarte en cuanto termines el partido

2.-Si además hace frío, dedica un poco más de tiempo para el calentamiento y los estiramientos.
