Estamos en pleno invierno, la época más fría del año, y muchos de vosotros estaréis deseando empezar a entrenar para las pruebas del International Padel Experience by Madison 2017, pero las bajas temperaturas frenan vuestras ganas. Hoy os traemos una serie de consejos para que aprendáis a disfrutar del pádel también en invierno, si no tenéis la posibilidad de hacerlo en una pista indoor:

  • Abrigarse, pero no demasiado. Porque si te abrigas mucho puede ocurrir que no puedas moverte con facilidad para el juego. Utiliza ropa impermeable al viento pero que sea transpirable.
  • Ten en cuenta que las pelotas de pádel no reaccionan igual ante el frío porque los materiales que se usan para fabricar las pelotas se alteran con el cambio de temperatura además, las pistas de pádel acumulan humedad, e incluso en algunos casos las pistas de pádel se congelan y el bote de la bola no es regular.
