[:es]El domingo 27 de agosto se ha celebrado en las instalaciones del Club Padel Victoria la última jornada del Rotterdam Open, que ponía el broche final de la undécima parada del International Padel Experience by Madison, único circuito internacional de pádel amateur.

Durante la jornada, en la que el tiempo acompañaba a los deportistas y visitantes, tenían lugar los últimos partidos de cuartos de final de la categoría masculina A para, a continuación, celebrarse los distintos partidos de semifinales de los que saldrían las parejas finalistas del torneo.

Las semifinales demostraban el alto nivel de las parejas que se mantenían en la competición en esta última jornada del Rotterdam Open y dejaban puntos para el recuerdo a los visitantes que se acercaban a las instalaciones del Club Padel Victoria para disfrutar del deporte de moda.

La primera final de la jornada correspondía a la categoría mixta. Las parejas De Maeyer /Giardi y Díaz/Inaraja se enfrentaban en un encuentro en el que la pareja española se imponía a sus contrincantes y se alzaban con la victoria con un resultado de 6-4/6-2.

A continuación tenían lugar las tres finales restantes, con las que se ponía punto y final a una competición que ha destacado por la alta representación internacional, con jugadores procedentes de Países Bajos, España, Italia, Malta, Alemania, San Marino y Polonia entre otros.

En categoría femenina también se alzaba victoriosa una pareja española, la formada por la vencedora de categoría mixta Carolina Inaraja y su compañera Susana Martín. La pareja hispana se enfrentaba a la pareja local Marjolein Pronk/Heleen van Oosterzee, a las que derrotaban por 6-2/6-4. De este modo Martín/Inaraja demostraban su superioridad pese al cansancio acumulado al competir en más de una categoría del torneo.

En categoría masculina begginers Galea / Muller se imponía a Bouritius/Moerman con un ajustado encuentro que se resolvía en el tie break con un resultado de 6-4/4-6/11-7. Pese a una espectacular remontada en el segundo set de la pareja local, que partido a partido iba mejorando su juego hasta hacer un juego de excepción en la final, eran Galea/Muller quienes se coronaban campeones de su categoría.

Por último, la dupla Díaz/Álvarez derrotaban a Gorka/Sredniawa 6-2/6-4 en un partido que se siguió con gran interés entre los visitantes.

Tras el torneo, los niños se convertían en protagonistas del Rotterdam Open, gracias a la celebración de un entrenamiento exclusivo para ellos de la mano de Bullpadel.

During the day, in which weather accompanied the competitors and visitors, the last matches of the quarter-finals of the men’s category A were held, followed by the different matches of the semifinals that would leave the finalists of the tournament.

The semifinals showed the high level of the couples who remained in the competition in this last day of the Rotterdam Open and left points for the memory to the visitors, who approached the facilities of the Club Padel Victoria to enjoy the coolest sport.

The first final of the day corresponded to the mixed category. The pair De Maeyer / Giardi and Diaz / Inaraja faced each other in a match in which the Spanish pair prevailed to their oponents and rose with the victory with a result of 6-4 / 6-2.

The competition has been highlighted by internationally renowned players from the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Malta, Germany, San Marino and Poland among others.

In the female category also won a Spanish pair, formed by the winner of mixed category Carolina Inaraja and her partner Susana Martin. The Spanish couple faced local pair Marjolein Pronk / Heleen van Oosterzee, whom they defeated 6-2 / 6-4. In this way Martín / Inaraja demonstrated their superiority in spite of the fatigue accumulated when competing in more than one category of the tournament.

In the men begginers’ category Galea / Muller was imposed on Bouritius / Moerman with a tight encounter that was solved in the tie break with a result of 6-4 / 4-6 / 11-7. Despite a spectacular comeback in the second set of the local pair, who improve their game to make an exceptional match in the final, it was Galea / Muller who were crowned champions of their category.

Finally, the Diaz / Álvarez pair defeated Gorka / Sredniawa 6-2 / 6-4 in a match that was followed with great interest among the visitors.

After the tournament, the children became the protagonists of the Rotterdam Open, thanks to the celebration of exclusive training for them by Bullpadel.
