[:es]El Ibiza Open, decimosexta parada del International Padel Experiencie by Madison, volvía a la carga este viernes después de tomarse un descanso con motivo de la Fiesta de la Hispanidad que se celebra en toda España cada 12 de Octubre.
Esta segunda jornada del torneo, perteneciente al único circuito internacional de pádel amateur, daba comienzo a última hora de la tarde con la celebración de distintos partidos de categoría masculina A, B y C.
Por su parte, los partidos correspondientes a categoría mixta no podían celebrarse este viernes y quedaban pospuestos para jornadas posteriores.
En categoría masculina C se llevaban a cabo los dos partidos pendientes por disputarse de octavos de final, así como dos de los encuentros de cuartos. Tras estos partidos conocíamos a las dos primeras parejas semifinalistas, Ribas/Muñoz y Zamora/Saez, que quedaban a la espera de conocer a los que serán sus contrincantes en la lucha por alcanzar la ansiada final.
Por su parte, la categoría masculina B vivía los cuatro partidos de cuartos, desvelándose las parejas semifinalistas de esta categoría en el Ibiza Open. La mañana del sábado será testigo de los encuentros entre Rodríguez/Mari vs. Córdoba/Torres y Aquino/Álvarez vs. Roldán/Hernán.
La jornada concluía con los encuentros de la máxima categoría masculina. Tur/Tarres, Alfarez/Aquindo y Monti/Tur, Sifré/Ramírez se enfrentarán en la tercera jornada de la competición en una liza por alcanzar la final y mantener de esta forma sus posibilidades de coronarse campeones del Ibiza Open y conseguir así una plaza en el Master Final que tendrá lugar en Málaga el mes de noviembre.
La segunda jornada del Ibiza Open concluía pasadas las 22.30h y volverá a la carga este sábado a las 10 de la mañana con nuevos encuentros que mostrarán el gran nivel de juego de los competidores en las pistas de las instalaciones de Bfit Ibiza.
[:en]The Ibiza Open, sixteenth stop of the International Padel Experiencie by Madison, was returning this Friday after taking a break on the occasion of the Festival of the National Holiday that is celebrated in all Spain every 12th of October.
This second day of the tournament, belonging to the only amateur padel international circuit, began late in the afternoon with the celebration of various matches of men’s category A, B and C.
For their part, the matches corresponding to mixed category could not be held on Friday and were postponed for subsequent days.
In the men’s category C were held the two games pending to play in the round of 16, as well as two of the quarter-finals. After these matches we knew the first two semi-finalists, Ribas / Muñoz and Zamora / Saez, who were waiting to meet those who will be their opponents in the struggle to reach the desired end.
For its part, the male category B lived the four quarter-finals matches, revealing the semi-finalists of this category in the Ibiza Open. Saturday morning will witness the competiton between Rodríguez / Mari Vs. Cordoba / Torres and Aquino / Álvarez vs. Roldán / Hernán.
The day concluded with the matches of the highest male category. Tur / Tarres, Alfarez / Aquindo and Monti / Tur, Sifré / Ramirez will face on the third day of the competition in a bid to reach the final and maintain their chances of being crowned champions of the Ibiza Open and get a place in the Master Final that will take place in Malaga the month of November.
The second day of the Ibiza Open concluded after 22:30 and will return to loading this Saturday at 10 am with new encounters that will show the great level of play of the competitors on the courts of the facilities of Bfit Ibiza.[:]
