[:es]Queda menos de un mes del comienzo del International Padel Experience by Madison, la primera parada es el Berlín Open que tendrá lugar en el Club Padel Berlin del 21 al 23 de abril. Por eso, Alexander Hillbricht, director del club, nos comenta las expectativas y sensaciones antes de la llegada del único circuito internacional de pádel amateur a la ciudad y al Club Padel Berlin.
Pregunta: ¿Cómo ha evolucionado el pádel en Berlín en los últimos años?
Respuesta: Trabajamos a diario para hacer saber a la gente que el pádel existe en Berlín. Muchas personas aún no conocen el deporte en nuestra ciudad. Ellos siempre piensan que jugamos al tenis pero en otro tipo de pistas. Desde 2012 al menos 1.000 jugadores diferentes han jugado en nuestro club. Cuando concluyan las obras de nuestra pista cubierta, esperamos atraer a mucha más gente que quiera practicar este deporte.
P: ¿Qué perfil de jugadores acuden al club a practicar el pádel?
R: Tenemos aficionados de todos los niveles sociales, trabajadores, autónomos, jóvenes y no tan jóvenes de ambos géneros. Mayormente el rango de edad está entre los 30 y los 40 años. También estamos orgullosos de dar a mucha gente española un lugar donde sentirse cómodos jugando al pádel con muchos compatriotas. Nuestro club está abierto para todo el mundo sin importar su nivel de juego ni su edad.
P: ¿Qué servicios e instalaciones ofrecen a los usuarios en el club Padel berlin?
R: Nosotros empezamos en julio de 2012 y seguimos siendo el único club que, cada mes, aumenta el número de jugadores en el club. Integramos a todos los nuevos jugadores o a gente que está interesada. No hacemos distinciones entre los jugadores, todos son igual de importantes para nosotros. Ofrecemos un servicio de alquiler y compra de palas y bolas para las personas que se están iniciando. Los nuevos usuarios obtienen un precio especial de bienvenida y les ayudamos a integrarse paso a paso en este deporte. Somos el único club que permite practicar el pádel en el invierno mientras la pista esté seca y a una temperatura superior a a 5º centígrados.
Cualquier persona que quiera recibir un entrenamiento personal, tiene a su disposición clases privadas independientemente del nivel. También tenemos un programa específico para que los principiantes se adapten lo antes posible a todo lo relacionado con el juego de pala.
P: ¿Cuáles son los valores que quieren transmitir con la práctica del pádel?
R: No importa si has practicado este deporte antes o no. El pádel es para todos, es un deporte divertido y no es tan difícil de aprender como por ejemplo el tenis. ¡Dale una oportunidad! La mayoría de la gente que lo practica por primera vez, vuelven rápidamente. Nosotros siempre estamos a disposición de nuestros jugadores. “Sé diferente, juega al pádel”
P: ¿Qué supone la llegada del IPE by Madison a la ciudad y al club?
R: Significa que tenemos un emplazamiento para que la gente venga a conocer más sobre este deporte y para los que lo conocen, puedan participar en una buenísima experiencia. También es un atractivo para que aficionados extranjeros conozcan el club. Será muy interesante ver los partidos de todas las categorías y esperamos que todos los jugadores vivan una experiencia única y divertida. “No necesitamos idiomas para divertirnos juntos”.
[:en]Less than a month away from the start of the International Padel Expericence by Madison, the first stop is the Berlin Open which will take place at the Club Padel Berlin from 21 to 23 April. Alexander Hillbricht, head manager to know more about the expectations and sensations before the arrival of the first international amateur padel tournament at the city and the Club Padel Berlin.
Interviewer: How is the padel evolution in Berlin?
Interviewee:We work everyday to let the people know that Padel exist in Berlin. Many people even don´t know the sport. They always think we play tennis on our courts. Since 2012 at least 1000 different players had played on our club. With our covered court coming end of April 2017 we hope to bring even more people into this wonderful sport here in Berlin.
Interviewer: What kind of people plays padel in the main city of Germany?
Interviewee: We have people from every social system. Workers, Self Employed, young and old, men and women. Mostly people in the age between 30-40 years. We are also proud to give many people from spain a home where they feel comfortable and enjoy playing and talking with other people from spain. Our club is open for everyone doesn´t matter if they just start to play or if they already have higer level in the sport Padel.
Interviewer: What kind of services do you provide in club Padel Berlin?
Interviewee: We started in July 2012 and we are still the only club who brings weekly and monthly new people into that sport. We integrate all new players or people who are interested, organize the majority of the matches and give many people a hobby after coming from work. We make no differences between players, everyone is important and has the same spot then all the others. You can rent rackets, buy rackets and rent/buy balls. A starter always gets a special welcome price, bringing him step by step into the community. We are also the only club in berlin who has Padel in the cold and winter time. As long as it is dry and at least 5 degrees you can play matches on our courts.
Everyone who is interested into Training can take private lessions to learn the sport better. We also have a cheap open training for starters having a base to get connected with the sport and other beginners.
Interviewer: What do you want to transmit trough the practice of the padel?
Interviewee: It always doesnt matter if you played a racketsport before or not. Padel is for everyone. Padel makes fun, Padel is not as hard to learn as tennis for example. Give it a try ! Most of the people who ever tried Padel are coming again quickly. We are always there for our players and newcomers.- Be different – PLAY PADEL.
Interviewer: What means for the club organizing the International Pádel Experience by Madison in Berlin?
Interviewee: It means we have a base for our players who like and look for competition. Also it has an international flair with foreign players from outside of Germany. It will be interesting to watch the matches in all categories. We hope all the players will have a good time. Like in Soccer we also say in Padel – no language needed to have fun together :)
